By using LomiLink ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.

1. Account
You're responsible for keeping your account secure. You must be at least 13 years old. One person, one account — no multiple accounts to bypass restrictions.
2. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use LomiLink for:
- Illegal activity, fraud, or harassment
- Spam, phishing, or misleading content
- Hate speech, violence, or harmful material
- Distributing malware or malicious code
- Violating others' intellectual property
We reserve the right to remove content or suspend accounts that violate these rules.
3. Payments & Refunds
Payments are processed securely by third-party providers (Chapa, Telebirr). Plans are non-refundable unless required by applicable law. We may change pricing with 30 days notice. Your subscription auto-renews unless canceled.
4. Intellectual Property
You retain full rights to the content you post. By using LomiLink, you grant us a license to store and display your content on the platform. We do not claim ownership of your data.
5. Limitation of Liability
LomiLink is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for damages arising from your use of the Service. Your sole remedy is to stop using the platform.
6. Termination
You can delete your account anytime from settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, your data is deleted within 30 days except where legal retention applies.
7. Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be notified via email or in-app notice at least 30 days in advance. Continued use after changes means you accept the new terms.
